the staff was polite and helpful. the location was great, very central. it was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. the interior had some original features.
the room was quite small. the furniture was outdated. there wasn't much soundproofing, so i could hear noises from both inside and outside the building. i also noticed a sewer smell in the room.

The hostal featured beautiful furniture and interiors. My single bedroom was simple, yet it was suitable for one person. A sink inside the room proved quite handy, especially with the included towel. I appreciated Victoria assisting me with a yoga studio recommendation, she even provided a helpful map and the studio's name.
We booked a room with a private bathroom. it only contained one double bed. We requested two separate beds but were informed that rooms with private bathrooms only have double beds. I feel it is important to make sure that all the photos of the rooms online are an accurate reflection of what is available.

i had trouble with the door lock system. it was not very efficient. it needed some maintenance to function properly. this.

The staff acted very friendly and helped me a lot! The building shows more beauty than the pictures show. The rooftop and courtyard were especially nice. The hotel has so much charm and a great team.
My room sat right at the top of the house. The aircon was not working because I came during the off-season. This made it very stuffy, impacting my sleep. Sound proofing does not exist, so noisy neighbors could cause problems.

i found its location lovely, central yet surprisingly quiet. the staff members were helpful. i very much appreciated their support with parking issues late at night. the building had a beautiful courtyard, it added to the charm.
My single room was next to the toilet and shower. This meant i heard sounds both day and night.

The location was AMAZING! Check-in was quick. I liked the baggage drop-off service, which allowed me to explore without luggage. The staff was kind, and I found helpful recommendations for local restaurants.
The sound proofing was bad. I could hear noise from other guests and hallway. This made sleeping difficult.

Victoria greeted us warmly and she remained helpful throughout our visit. The beds were super clean and cozy, and the shower provided great water pressure. We stored our luggage after checkout and this allowed us to explore (it was a lovely day!) before our evening flight.
Sound proofing was lacking, which allowed some noise from the corridor.
